A Happy outdoor wedding (just some words here for that silly SEO algorithm!) But onto now for the good stuff below..
The sun was hot, but it paled in comparison to the bright smiles that Laura and John beamed upon their guests at their happy wedding celebration! (Yes, a recognizable corny way to open the description for this blog, but if you know these humans, you know it’s also incredibly true.) And beyond being incredibly joy-filled, Laura and John were very thoughtful about their vendors, which included finding sustainably-made bridesmaid dresses and gathering their own flowers from a local farm for bridal bouquets.
Laura and John chose Springfield Manor, a winery-distillery-brewery outside Frederick, Maryland, for it’s pulchritudinous (say that 4x fast!) outdoor setting. The venue included a beautiful outdoor ceremony site for the couple to share their hand-written vows with their guests amid laughs and hot summer-like breezes. The hilly backdrop and lavender fields gave us bonus nature vibes we which made sure to use for fun couple portraits while their guests enjoyed the next door patio for cocktail hour. Of course, the best was yet to come! I had been forewarned that John loves dancing and his enthusiasm was very contagious because everyone put down the wild moves long into the night!
Laura and John, I’d like to wish you all the good stuff in the years ahead, but I don’t think you’ll need my wishes. For as I’ve seen as we’ve continued to stay connected, you create the good stuff everywhere you go!
